1. Definitions

"Software" means the CyberHalluciNet source code, binaries, documentation, and
other materials in this repository that are marked as licensed under this
License.

"Licensor" means the copyright holders of the Software.

"You" means an individual or legal entity exercising rights under this License.

"Commercial Product" means hardware, software, a virtual appliance, a container
image, a managed/hosted service, or any other product or service that You offer
or sell to third parties (for a fee or as part of a paid offering) and that
includes, embeds, depends on, or is substantially derived from the Software for
its functionality.

"Internal Use" means use of the Software for Your own purposes (including inside
a company), where You are not redistributing the Software to third parties as
part of a Commercial Product.

2. Grant for free use (including Internal Use)

Subject to this License, Licensor grants You a worldwide, royalty-free,
non-exclusive license to:

  (a) use, run, and evaluate the Software for Internal Use (personal, research,
      education, or internal business operations);

  (c) distribute unmodified or modified source of the Software to others under
      this same License, provided You include this License and NOTICE with every
      copy, and You do not misrepresent the origin of the Software.

No trademark rights are granted. "CyberHalluciNet" and related marks remain
Licensor's property.

3. Commercial Product / OEM — paid license required

You may NOT, without a separate written commercial license from Licensor:

  (a) include, embed, bundle, or redistribute the Software (in source or binary
      form) as part of a Commercial Product;
  (b) offer the Software (or a substantial derivative) to third parties as a
      hosted, managed, or multi-tenant service;
  (c) sell the Software itself, or sell access to a product whose primary value
      is the Software, without such a commercial license.

Internal Use by a company (running CyberHalluciNet in Your own lab/environment
and not redistributing it as a product) does NOT by itself require a commercial
license under this License.

4. Contributions

By submitting a contribution (including pull requests), You assign to Licensor
the right to use, modify, and relicense Your contribution as part of the
Software under this License and under any commercial licenses Licensor offers,

merged. You represent that You have the right to make the contribution.

LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM,
OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE

6. Defensive use only

The Software is a defensive honeypot research and operations platform. You must
not use it for unauthorized access, retaliation, exploitation, or any activity
that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Termination

If You violate this License, Your rights under it terminate automatically.
Sections 5 and 6 survive termination.

8. Versioning and reservation of rights for future versions

Licensor may publish future versions of the Software under different license
terms at Licensor's sole discretion. The license governing any particular copy
of the Software is the license text distributed with that copy.

Rights granted under this License for a version of the Software as released are
perpetual and irrevocable for that version (subject to Section 7). Redistribution
under Section 2(c) must use the license version accompanying the copy being
redistributed.

Licensor intends to provide reasonable advance notice before publishing a new
major version under materially different terms. This Section is expectation-
setting and does not claw back rights already granted for released versions.
